Chemnitz kann viel und wir Chemnitzer*innen können noch mehr. Unsere Stadt bietet so viel Platz und Raum für kreative Ideen, dass wir uns auch in Zeiten von Corona sinnbildlich die Hand reichen und trotz Sicherheitsabstand zusammen feiern können. Unter dem Motto „Chemnitz grillt“ laden wir vom Kulturbündnis „Hand in Hand“ am 1. September herzlich alle Chemnitzer*innen zum gemeinsamen Grillabend auf der Brückenstraße ein. Lasst uns gemeinsam essen, trinken und den Sommer in der Stadt genießen, in der wir gerne leben.
Wir haben Platz für 50 Grill-Teams und freuen uns über Anmeldungen. Das Essen und den Grill bringt ihr mit, wir kümmern uns um die Kohle und die Partystimmung. Wir haben Musik, ein Moderator und am Ende spielt eine Band am Kopp.

Chemnitz has a lot to offer and so do the people living here. Our city provides us with all the space we need for creativity and enables us to meet and celebrate together even in times of Social Distancing. That is why we from the cultural alliance "Hand in Hand" are organizing our first "Chemnitz Barbecue" event and are happy to invite all of you to this very unique community barbecue evening, taking place on the Brückenstraße on first of September Let's eat, drink, have fun together and enjoy the summer in the city we love to live in.
We have space for 50 barbecue teamsof up to four people each and are looking forward to registrations. You bring the food and the grill, we take care of the coal and the party atmosphere. We have music, a moderator and a Band will play at the end of the BBQ
Mit der Anmeldung werden folgende Teilnahme-Bedingungen akzeptiert:

Aufbau am 01.09..2021 ab 16:00 Uhr möglich. 18 Uhr muss der Grill anzündebereit dastehen

Es werden für jeden Standplatz zwei Bierbänke, ein Biertisch, einmal Grillkohle bereitgestellt.

Der Grill (nur Holzkohle, keine Einweg-Grills, keine Monster-Grills) und Lebensmittel müssen selbst mitgebracht werden (nur Eigenverbrauch, kein Verkauf)

Abbau des Grillplatzes ab 20 Uhr.

Eine Anmeldung stellt noch keine verbindliche Bestätigung dar. Der Veranstalter wählt unter allen Anmeldungen die Teams aus. Aufgrund der aktuellen Situation können sich nach Absprache mit den Behörden auch Änderungen bei der Teilnehmerzahl ergeben.

Rassistische, sexistische oder anderweitig diskriminierende Auffälligkeiten und unsoziales Verhalten führen zum sofortigen Ausschluss aus der Veranstaltung.
With the registration the following conditions of participation are accepted:

Installation possible on 01.09.2021 from 16.00 hrs. 18 o'clock the grill must be ready to light.

Two beer benches, a beer table and one barbecue coal are provided for each pitch.

The barbecue (only charcoal, no disposable barbecues, no monster barbecues) and food must be brought by yourself (only own consumption, no sale).

Dismantling of the barbecue area from 20 o'clock.

A registration does not constitute a binding confirmation. The organizer selects the teams from all registrations. Due to the current situation, there may be changes in the number of participants after consultation with the authorities.

Racist, sexist or otherwise discriminating conspicuous features and antisocial behaviour will lead to immediate exclusion from the event.
